Əbdülkərim Əlizadə (11 yanvar 1906 – 3 dekabr 1979) — Azərbaycan tarixçisi, şərqşünas, akademik, 1944–1950-ci illərdə Tarix İnstitutunun direktoru, tarix elmləri doktoru, Azərbaycan SSR EA-nın akademiki (1955), 1956-cı ildə Azərbaycan EA İctimai Elmlər Bölməsinin akademik-katibi, 1958-ci ildə isə Şərqşünaslıq İnstitutunun direktoru, SSRİ Dövlət mükafatı laureatı (1980). \ Abdulkarim Alizadeh (January 11, 1906 – December 3, 1979) — Azerbaijani historian, orientalist, academician, director of the Institute of History in 1944–1950, doctor of historical sciences, academician of the Azerbaijan SSR EA (1955), in 1956 Academician-secretary of the Department of Social Sciences of the EA of Azerbaijan, and in 1958, the director of the Institute of Oriental Studies, laureate of the USSR State Prize (1980).
